Outstanding Facilities
Students at Archbishop Holgate's benefit from excellent teaching and learning within high quality facilities. We have a brand new Maths block; a modern Sixth Form building used by all students; a modern English block complete with Drama studio as well as extensive sporting facilities, including an indoor swimming pool; a sports hall and gymnasium and large playing fields.Values

Homework
The EEF have consistently championed the role of homework in the performance of secondary school students, especially when closing the academic gap for the disadvantaged.
The AHS homework policy is designed to ensure all students can complete homework, it helps them develop independent learning skills/self-discipline in preparation for later life and allows for better academic outcomes for all students.
