The final outcome must be completed in 15 hours and you must show how your planning relates to the outcome\/s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Entry Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As well as the general entry requirements for the Sixth Form, we would recommend that students applying for this course have a grade 5 or above in GCSE Textiles or an impressive portfolio. You must be willing to work on your own and with others, be self-motivated and able to complete work in your own time, showing growing independence in developing creative ideas and organising your own work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ways to help my child succeed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students will be expected to spend a minimum of two hours per week working on their coursework at home. Throughout the course your child will need to purchase fabrics and components suitable for their final outcomes. Your child will also need an A3 sketchbook, basic art equipment, including pencils, a fine liner and paints.
